New Beverage Portfolio Acquires Mash Gang

The innovative U.K. based brewer acquired by a new adult beverage company founded by veteran spirits executives.

DioniLife, a new non-alcoholic beverage company founded by former executives of Diageo, Stoli Group, Guinness and Heineken, announced today it had acquired Mash Gang, a U.K. based brewery that has built a cult-like following among NA beer enthusiasts across the U.K., U.S., and Australia. Mash Gang has been operating in the U.S. out of Pilot Project Brewing in Chicago, Illinois. Promising more announcements to come, the new company aims to offer high-quality, flavorful products that will cater to the growing demand for non-alcoholic options.

"Exceptional quality and an attention to the rituals associated with how consumers enjoy these products are paramount to how we develop our diverse portfolio,” said CEO and Founder, Damian McKinney. Based in London, McKinney formerly served as Global CEO of Stoli Group.
