Our N/ATION Review:
A non-alcoholic version of the famed Irish stout finally launched for good in 2021 after a bit of a false start in 2020. But fortunately, for fans looking for that familiar Guinness taste without the alcohol, it was worth the wait. Imported to the U.S. by industry giant Diageo, Guinness has become one of the world’s most popular non-alcoholic beers.
Guinness Zero starts off with subtle hints of coffee and chocolate, just like the famous OG. As you pour it into your glass a dark, brownish-red appearance begins to take shape, and of course the iconic foam head that you can almost taste even before you raise the glass to your lips. A combination of bitter and sweet flavors emerge first in the mouthfeel, followed by roasted notes and a layer of chocolate and coffee that deliver a final payoff from the aroma’s first impressions. A very satisfying NA option that pays proper homage to its original.
As for where you can find it, Guinness Zero is available across the planet, including in all 50 states in the U.S.
