Our N/ATION Review:

Chicagoland-based Go Brewing, a rising star in the non-alcoholic craft beer scene, is conjuring the vibrant flavors of Florida for beer lovers everywhere. Their Sunshine State IPA is a testament to the combination of flavors that can comprise a quality, complex non-alcoholic brew. Sunshine State brings a taste of hops with a tropical twist to every glass, proving that NA can be just as exciting and flavorful as its alcoholic counterparts.

The Sunshine State IPA pours a cloudy, orange glowing hue, reminiscent of a Florida sunset. Beyond a light foam bursts an abundance of tropical and citrus aromas. Notes of grapefruit, mango, and pineapple mingle with a subtle malt sweetness, creating a tantalizing aroma. On the palate, the beer delivers a bold and refreshing taste, with a balanced blend of tropical fruit sweetness and a robust hop bitterness. The Sabro and El Dorado hops provide a citrusy tang, while the tropical fruit notes add a juicy sweetness. It’s medium-bodied and well-carbonated, delivering a satisfying and refreshing mouthfeel. The finish is dry and crisp, leaving a lingering hop bitterness and a hint of tropical fruit that invites another sip. This IPA is perfect for a sunny afternoon, a backyard barbecue, or any occasion where a taste of the tropics is desired.

As for where you can find Sunshine State, it’s showing up in an increasingly large selection of states as the brewery continues its expansion. Your best bet is to use their Store Locator on the Go website.
